Though I find myself working with all types of people, through my own personal experience and specialized education, I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, creative individuals and those struggling with anxiety and feeling stuck.

Individual Therapy

In my conversations with individuals, I practice curiosity and humility as together we explore the different stories of your life. In this exploration, I hope to honor your experience and sit with you in whatever pain you may be feeling. My other hope is that the strength and resilience that may be hiding underneath negative perceptions, can be revealed.

Couples Therapy

I find that couples come to therapy with a myriad of ideas, perceptions and problems about each other. They also come with their own personal histories that, when brought together, can create a dynamic that can lead to conflict. I work to facilitate communication with the couple that allows them to join together and decide on shared hopes and dreams for the relationship moving forward. I slow down the conversations and interactions so that together we may find details about what is happening that may not be apparent. I find that this all helps to transform distance into connection and resentment into understanding.

LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy

I have a specific passion for working with the queer community. I strive to celebrate the unique strengths and gifts that being a member of this community can hold, while also acknowledging the harm that society’s views can have on self-perception and identity. I work to affirm however one identifies, knowing that identity can be fluid, in order to offer a healing place for the LGBTQIA+ community.
